Titan coach Glenn Furman's dad, Charles Furman, died January 18, 2012, at 4:00 p.m.  The funeral was held on Saturday, January 20, 2012, in Mount Morris, Pennsylvania. Our condolences go out to the Furman family.

Exciting news!!! Joe Lynch Executive Director of Alumni Relations for Gettysburg College and the President of the University have approved the Dedication Ceremony for the '71 Original Titans was held on April 14, 2012.

The Dedication Ceremony and Buffet followed on the Gettyburg College campus. This was not a Foundation event. This is a team event like the event in San Antonio, Texas, in January 2006.

The dedication of two trees one was a White Oak and the other a Black Ash with a granite memorial dedicated to the Titans. This is a living legacy of that special year of 1971 when the Titan became a "team" at Gettysburg College. This was our chance to get the whole team, coaches and cheerleaders together for a reunion and share this unique opportunity with family and friends and past supporters of the Titans.
